Wedding ceremony on the south-facing lawn, guests seated toward the hills

South lawn

The ceremony lawn faces south, toward land held by the Escondido Creek Conservancy and the meandering creek. Grass, late light across the chairs. You bring the arch and the officiant. The ranch is the lawn.

Adobe on the knoll among olive trees at golden hour

The adobe knoll

Short restored walls, olives, and the view south over the Escondido Creek Conservancy. Vows, toasts, photographs that do not need a ballroom.

Cocktail hour on the pool terrace, tall tables and a few guests, hills behind

Pool terrace

The terrace holds gatherings of up to seventy-five — cocktails, or a day on that scale. Water and late light. A homestead, not a resort.

Vine rows on the Aliso Ranch hillside, netting on the wires, oaks and the hill behind

Vineyard and olives

Grenache and Syrah on the hillside. Trees older than the ruin. Walks and portraits — not a tasting room.

What we host

Gatherings of up to seventy-five. A ceremony on the south lawn, cocktails on the terrace, dinner outside. The suite is booked only on Airbnb.

  • Micro weddings

The ceremony is on the south-facing lawn: chairs toward the hills, late light on the grass. Dinner can stay on that lawn. Bilingual and Mexican ceremonies, and a chuppah under the olives, belong here. Seventy-five guests or fewer, so the adobe remains the scale of the day.

  • Family rites

Bautizos, first communions, an intimate quinceañera, a bris or naming, a mitzvah meal after synagogue. Presentation and photographs on the knoll; the meal on the lawn. Not a hall. Not a court of two hundred.

  • Dinners

Long tables, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal nights, holiday and winter dinners, a seder, Sukkot, posadas, Hanukkah. Quiet evenings. Heaters and a cover when the season asks for them. Caterers you bring; the ranch supplies the place.

  • Photographs

Portraits, engagements, and small styled days on the knoll, the olives, and the vineyard edge. The view south is the Escondido Creek Conservancy’s: open land and the meandering creek.

  • Classes

A place for instructors to teach — yoga, breath work, small fitness — not a ranch-run program. Lawn, and trails on Escondido Creek Conservancy land to the south. Inside the adobe, a room about 20 × 50 feet (paver and concrete floor) and a smaller room about 18 × 18. Year-round. You bring the class.

  • Lodging

The suite is booked only on Airbnb. An event here does not hold those rooms.
